We seek a Brand Director to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for developing UNice's brand IP and grasping the target market to adjust the company's products to the current market.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop the UNice's brand IP
- Build brand development plans and enhance brand awareness
- Optimize and enhance existing brand placement channels
- Grasp and analyze the target market dynamics, and adjust various marketing plans and strategic programs according to the changes in market trends, characteristics, and development trends
- Develop budgets for brand promotion and marketing and their execution analysis, and submit brand promotion analysis reports
- Develop, maintain, and manage brand cooperation resources
- Report your work to General Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Business Management, or other related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in Internet brand advertising operation
- Strong communication skills, logical thinking ability, good teamwork spirit, and has strong sense of responsibility and dedication
- Withstand high-intensity work, and adjust themselves smoothly to the rapid change of business; insightful, independent thinking
- Has experience with wigs or beauty products, or other related products is preferred
- Speak Mandarin is preferred, but not required
This is an urgent hire job.
Salary can be negotiated.

1.负责公司品牌IP打造；
2.负责制定品牌发展规划，提升品牌知名度；
3.帮助优化、提升现有品牌投放渠道；
4.负责掌握、分析目标市场动态，根据市场动向、特点和发展趋势的变化，调整各项营销策划和策略方案；
5.负责制定品牌推广、营销等各项预算及其执行情况分析，报送品牌推广分析报告；
6.负责拓展、维护及管理品牌合作资源。
任职要求:
1.工作地点为美国洛杉矶；
2.本科及以上学历,市场营销，商业管理等相关专业优先
3.具有5年以上互联网品牌广告运营从业经验；
4.具备较强的沟通能力、逻辑思维能力、具备良好的团队合作精神及强烈的责任感和敬业精神；
5.勇于挑战，能承受高强度工作，能在业务的快速变化中顺利调整自己；有洞察力，善于独立思考；
6.有假发类目或beauty相关从业经验、对假发产品了解者优先考虑；
7.使用普通话者优先；
有美国合法工作身份。
薪资可面议
汇报对象：集团总经理
上班时间：早9晚6
