仓库管理：负责管理仓库日常运营工作，保证仓库高效高质运转；包括快递取货、入库、存放、周转、退件等作业流程和实施优化仓库时间和效率的程序，并为仓库安全运转承担责任

胜任能力&要求：

美国PR/Citizen

College及以上学历

经验不限，希望热爱物流行业；拥有物流管理、仓储管理或物流业运营管理等北美本地工作经验优先

有美国有效驾照，私家车

中英文均可作为工作语言

良好的团队协作意识，有处理突发事件的应变能力、良好的心理素质、注重细节、乐于学习

Fulfilment Warehouse Supervisor (Los Angeles) (Chinese-speaking required)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organised Warehouse Supervisor to effectively lead and manage the dispatching team, drive team performance and a safety culture for our last miles business. The role is responsible for the efficient supervision and coordination of all activities relating to the dispatching operations of the business as well as providing support to the management team to ensure smooth running and day to day operation of the warehouse.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Clear knowledge of warehouse operations preferred

Manage and monitor work and ensure the safe use of warehouse equipment

Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads

Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees

Keep up-to-date on the latest safety regulations

Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner

Problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and production issues

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Essential Requirements：

Proven people management and leadership skills with the ability to build a collaborative working environment

No experience required, passionate about logistic industry; previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is preferred

Good Computer skills in Outlook, Excel and ERP warehousing system

Current Drivers license

US PR/Citizen

Bilingual Chinese and English
