  Accounting/ Office Manager 财务/办公室经理

 Duties and Responsibilities:  

Coordinate & execute established global account for both internally & externally.  

Assist the CEO with all aspects of LA office operations.  

Work closely with CFO in China to develop strategies for financial performance monitoring and approval process Hire, coach, develop and discipline employees within areas of responsibility  

Manage department budgets, labor hours, and other office daily work  

Manage the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts and financial assets 

 Handle the company’s transactions and debts and do cash flow forecasting  

Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers  

Managing income and expenditure accounts 

 Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations with CPA 


Requirements:  

Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally  

US Bachelor's Degree in Accounting,Finance 

 United States Citizen or National  

Skilled communicator, oral and written in Mandarin and English  

Self-starter with a strong work ethic, high attention to detail and organization, and strong time management skills, with the ability to develop creative ways 

Familiar with American laws ,tax and regulations
