We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Airbnb Hosting Assistants. This role supports the day-to-day operations of short-term rental management and is ideal for those who are organized, communicative, and eager to learn. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely or on-site, depending on your preference.
This position is perfect for parents, students, hospitality workers, or anyone seeking a flexible and consistent work opportunity. The schedule is flexible, with weekday pay ranging from $20.52 to $25.52 per hour and weekend rates ranging from $26.22 to $42.54 per hour.
Basic English proficiency is required, and no prior experience is necessary. One-on-one training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Primary responsibilities include communicating with guests and sending check-in instructions, managing reservations and calendar updates, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, updating property listings with current descriptions, photos, and pricing, handling documentation and coordinating with vendors, and responding to emergencies such as lockouts or guest complaints.
