人事&行政主管 HR & Administrative Supervisor JD:
岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:
1.公司制度和管理流程的建立、完善和落实;
The establishment, improvement, and implementation of company policy,
2.固定资产、办公用品的购置、维护和管理;
Purchase, maintenance, and management of assets and office supplies;
3.负责政府、工商、物业等单位的外联工作,建立和完善公司的公共关系网络,合理分配和
使用公司的公关资源;
Responsible for the outreach work of the government, industry and commerce, real estate, and other
units, establish and improve the company's public relations network;
4.人员的招聘、入离职办理、薪资的发放及社保的缴纳等人事相关工作;
HR-related work such as personnel recruitment, entry, and resignation processing, payroll
management;
5.配合中国总部公司同事相关的工作。
Cooperate with China headquarter.
资格 Qualifications:
1.本科以上学历,工作经验丰富者可放宽到大专;
Bachelor degree or above, experienced candidates with professional certificate will be considered;
2.不少于 3 年人事行政相关工作,有大型机械设备公司工作经验者优先;
At least 3 years of HR and Administrative related work, working experience in machinery and
equipment company is preferred;
3.熟悉本地的劳动法,有良好的汉语沟通表达能力,责任心强,能独立解决突发事件。
Familiar with the local labor law, have good communication skills in Chinese, have a strong sense
of responsibility, and can handle emergencies independently.
